Shipping + Returns

All of our products are handmade, packed + shipped from our village in Devon, in the south of England. We are a small, two person operation taking care of all aspects of business.

 

  • We aim to have your order shipped between 1-7 business days, depending on work load + amount ordered.

  • If you have selected over night shipping, this does not mean your order will be shipped the same day you ordered it. Once your order has been processed, (which can take between 1-3 days) we will then ship it over night to you. That being said, we try our very best to prioritize overnight orders and fulfill ASAP.  

  • Once your items have shipped, you will receive an email providing a tracking number (if you are within the UK) Read below for INTERNATIONAL shipping.   

  • If you would like to receive something by a specific date or need an order rushed, we will do our very best to accommodate you! Please email us at info@stagseer.com

  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. However we want you to be happy + will try our very best to assist in recovering the goods.

  • For any damaged items on arrival, please take a photo + send it to us at info@stagseer.com + we will kindly resolve the matter
     

  • If you would like to cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours

  • We do not accept returns for hygiene reason. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase however, please let us know + we will come to a reasonable solution :)

We do ship internationally. Please be aware that sometimes delays can happen due to customs processing and in most recent times, due to the Pandemic. 

 

  • EU orders usually take 1-2 weeks and International 1-5 weeks, depending on shipping option selected.

  • Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.  They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.  Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

  • Please note: Since Brexit, parcels traveling outside of the UK are attracting additional customs charges more frequently. This is unfortunately required to be made payable by the receiver of the parcel. Again, we are unable to provide any indication as to whether a customs charge will be applied and if so, how much this will be as this is a decision to be made by the relevant authorities in the delivery country.
